"Art is an expression of the soul. Skill is an expression of the mind. Passion is their fuel."

Aidah Fontenot has redefined visual communication in the marketplace. Her uniquely innate eye for balance and bold design is reflected by her inspiration in the organic beauty of nature in contrast with the chaos of an urban existence.

With over 16 years of experience and training in visual arts, she continues to raise the bar for the artistic genres of fine art, photography, fashion, graphic and multimedia design.

A child prodigy, her striking works of fine art were featured in the Centro Cultural in Tijuana, Mexico at 12 years old and the San Diego Museum of Art at 15. Aidah was most recently featured in Art Buzz in Washington, DC in April and November 2008.Her advanced childhood training at the San Diego School of Creative & Performing Arts prepared her to receive her Bachelors of Art from San Diego State University in 2004.

Her unique eye for detail enables her to combine typography and imagery in such a way, that her corporate identity and brand value is consistently perceived by their intended audience.

In Spring 2008 she launched her fashion line entitled Aidah Collection, inspired by the natural elements of her native San Diego. Each garment in the collection is hand-painted by an artisan; no two are alike. After only the first runway showcase at Ibiza Nightclub DC in May 2008, Aidah Collection is expanding internationally and has partnered with notable organizations such as the Carma Foundation, National Cherry Blossom Festival and News Channel 8.
